Hi Joe,
Meco Of North Florida reported the recently installed 20,000 gallon Bio Diesel UST contains B-100 and this blend is
exempt from FDEP Rule 62-761 F.A.C. For future reference, anything less than the B-100 blend would contain petroleum
product and be subject to FDEP Rule 62-761 F.A.C. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thanks...

Patrick, could you please send Joe over at St Lucie Co Building Dept and email regarding the Biodiesel tank that we
installed at the Loves Travel Center in Ft Pierce. They have an inspection on our list, for us to get your final inspection
paperwork to them, but you did not inspect the tank system due to it being an unregulated product. He just needs to
hear this from you.
I need to get this cleared up as soon as possible so that we can get the final on this project.
