• Unit 201: Chipping is underway for partial depth deck repairs.
• Unit 301: Chipping is underway for partial depth deck repairs and ceiling edge repairs.
• Unit 401: Chipping is underway for partial depth deck repairs and petition wall column
repairs. Full depth deck edge repair area chipping has been completed.

noticed that the unit numbers provided to us by the property manager were incorrect.
The actual unit numbers for Stack 1 are 101, 201, 301, 401 and 501.

correction of the transposition of the Unit numbers.

on deck. Miscellaneous column repairs were done. Concrete Restoration of Unit 101 has
been completed. Waterproofing and installation of new guardrails / screen enclosures has
not yet been completed.

Building C - Stack 1(Units 101, 201, 301, 401 and 501)

Located at 10800 S. Ocean Drive, Jensen Beach, FL 34957

The completed concrete restoration did not reduce the structural integrity of the remaining
existing structural systems and, therefore, a requirement to upgrade them by this permit was not
warranted. Existing building's components and elements outside the renovation area of this
permit do not have their current wind load resistant capacity or gravity load capacity
compromised by the completed concrete restoration.
Mathers Engineering Corporation performed onsite inspections as the job progressed. Repairs
required minor shoring. Work such as concrete repair and addition of steel reinforcement was
inspected. The enclosed Record Drawings (Sheets CVR and 1) shows the areas of restoration
and repair for Stack 1 of Building C, and are made part of this final close-out document approval
under Permit Number 1502-0103.
Materials used and work performed to date has been substantially completed in conformance
with the specifications outlined in the IRCI Guideline No. 03 73 0, as well as the applicable 2010
Florida Building Codes (and updates), other industry guidelines, or standard engineering
practices.
