Dear St. Lucie County Permit Applicant,
Please see the attached plan review comments which have been generated for your permit. As soon as we receive the
modified plans and any additional required documentation back from the design professional , contractor or owner we
will perform the additional reviews as necessary in order to complete the plan review process. Once the plans have
been signed, by all applicable plan reviewers, we will move the permit forward either to the Fire Department or back to
permitting for permit issuance.

Mr Peterson:
With reference to our recent meeting, I understand that St Lucie County does not currently accept digitally signed &
sealed documents for permit.
However,A have been called out of state on a family emergency and we are being pressured by some contractors to
submit plans and/or revisions.
I am taking this opportunity to ask if you would accept prints of digitally signed and sealed documents, along with the
digital files, as an interim measure. I can provide the original documents when I return in a couple of weeks.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Re: Liberty Baptist Church — Minor Adjustment to Minor Site Plan

Dear Mr. Retherford:
The St. Lucie County Development Review Committee (DRC) has reviewed your application for
a Minor Adjustment to Minor Site Plan for the abovementioned project and has determined that
it meets the minimum technical requirements of Section 11.02.07. of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code. The purpose of this adjustment is to construct a 2,250 s.f. addition to the
existing gymnasium, including a 750 s.f. mezzanine for storage.
This approval is effective immediately and is subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior to the issuance of a building permit a South Florida Water Management District
permit modification letter shall be provided to the Water Quality Division, including a
drainage run-off detail and mitigation of the proposed building addition that demonstrates
avoidance to surrounding properties.
2. The issuance of County development permit does not in any way create any rights on the
part of the applicant to obtain a permit from a state or federal agency and does not create
any liability on the part of the County if the applicant fails to obtain requisite approvals or
fulfill the obligations imposed by a state or federal agency or undertakes actions that
result in a violation of state or federal law.
3. All other applicable state or federal permits must be obtained before commencement of
the development.

I have signed off on the final termite and the welders cert however the letter from the Shaeffer Group is calling
for a 130 mph wind velocity. This project is in a 161 mph Vult area of if using Vasd please state in letter.
