Dear Mr. Tarpley:
Pursuant to our discussion yesterday, it appears from field
measurements that the subject unit is encroaching .5 feet into the
required rear set back. Our measurement was based on the existing
surveyor's pin in the seawall cap.
Based upon your explanation that the pin is incorrect and your
surveyor has prepared a tie in survey, I have released your
inspections. Be advised that you are proceeding.at your own risk
and that this office will require a copy of the tie in survey
before the certificate of occupancy is issued.
