An Ag Exempt pole barn should be Location We're having a little problem with the Ag Exempt permits. An Ag Exempt pole barn should be Locational permit for the type and 910 for the FCC code. A pole bare is poles or beams with a roof. No closed in sides. A regular barn or farm building should be BP for the permit type and FCC - other nonresidential building. Property appraiser would consider a barn more valuable than a pole barn in appraisal of the property. Even though we are only checking the location, LO won't match up with 328- other non residential bldg.
