Units: 1, 2, 3, and 8. 1. Verified that two (2) straps were in place on each unit per plan. 2. Verified that bolting into the hat channel was accomplished on all legs. 3. Visually inspected welds. All four units were installed per drawing S3-04. This report applies to only the listed units. No other units were inspected.
