This approval is contingent upon tenant obtaining approval from all governmental and quasi -governmental agencies with jurisdiction. This shall authorize Tenant as Owner, having leasehold interest in property, to procure permits and install signage at this location. It is the Tenant and sign company's responsibility to pull all permits, including electrical. A copy of your sign permit needs to be received by our office prior to installation.
