Schedule: PCS Site Agreement, dated September 22, 1998 (as amended, the "Schedule")
Dear Customer:
Capitalized terms used in this letter shall have the same meaning described for them in the Schedule
unless otherwise indicated herein.
Attached please find an approved application for Sprint's modification to its equipment at the
above -referenced Tower Facility. The attached application and equipment exhibit shall memorialize, as
of the date above, Sprint's equipment configuration and ground space at the Tower Facility and shall
hereinafter be deemed "Licensee's Equipmenf' under the Schedule.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrarV contained herein, Parties agree that as a material
inducement to the issuance of this Application Approval Letter, Exhibit A-3 (Temporary) Antenna
Equipment Specifications identifies certain Equipment that Sprint shall remove nine (9) months after the
Effective Date (the "Temporary Equipmenir'). The Effective Date shall be the date that is earlier of. (i)
the issue date of the NTP by ATC; or (ii) 60 days from full execution of this Application Approval Letter.
Once Sprint has removed the Temporary Equipment, it will provide notice to ATC as confirmation of the
removal. If nine (9) months after the Effective Date or at a later date: (i) ATC independently verifies that
Sprint has removed the Temporary Equipment, then ATC shall send Sprint written confirmation to Sprint,
or (ii) ATC identifies Temporary Equipment that has not been removed, then ATC will send a notice
indicating if ATC intends to remove the Temporary Equipment and that parties need to negotiate a fee to
cover ATC's costs of removal.
Prior to the commencement of any construction activity, Sprint is required to request a Notice to
Proceed from ATC.
The parties agree that a scanned copy of this letter bearing the signature of ATC shall be deemed
an original.

Per your request, Infinigy has reviewed the construction documents, construction notes and
photographs taken during the execution of work. Infinigy Engineering did not witness the construction
of Sprint's equipment upgrades to this site. Based on these documents, the microwave dish, radio and
coax cable were installed in general conformance with the construction documents.

Sprint's installation is a collocation to the existing tower. This installation will NOT extend the tower height,
will NOT expand the existing fenced compound, and will NOT add lighting to the tower and this installation
will NOT change the existing use of the Wireless Communication Tower.
