Dear Mr. Peterson:
This letter shall serve as certification that to the best of our knowledge, the structural repairs
have beedconstructed in substantial conformance with the design documents and specifications
and as duly noted in our field reports.
Threshold inspections for the above referenced project were performed from October 5tb, 2015
through December 2l't, 2015. Copies of all field reports were distributed to the Property
Management, Engineer of Record, General Contractor and to the St. Lucie County Building
Department.
