Please be advised of the revisions to the above referenced project as follows:
1) Revise plumbing to allow for water piping within the building to be CPVC in lieu
of copper as stated on plans.
2) Revise plan to remove Walk In Cooler from plans.
In addition as requested, the grease trap installed at the above refrenced address has a
1500 gallon capacity as required, see attached permit submittals from PSLUSD.

1) Revise plan to allow for Vegetable Sink to drain indirectly into Three
Compartment Sink's Floor Sink in lieu of its own Floor Sink as shown on plan.
2) Revise Hand Sink to drain directly to main DWV piping in lieu of into Floor Sink
as stated on plan.
