GENERAL NOTES
1. This product anchoring drowing has been developed in compliance with the 2010 Florida
Bulicring Code (FBCj excluding the"High Velocity Hurricane Zond'. Seethe Certification
Agency Certificate for slws, specifications and ratings.
2. Product anchors shall be as listed and spaced as shown on detalls. Anchor embedment to
base material shall be beyond wall dressing, stucco, foam, brick and otherwall coverings.
3. Wood screws shall be installed folowing installation instructions of ANSI/ AF&PA NOS 2DO5. AD
other fastener types to be Installed following fastener manufacturers installation instrucilons.
4. Fastener embedment depths, edge d[stances and center -center distances sholl be as
specified by the fastener manufacturer but in no instance sholl they be less than shown In 11his
drawing.
5. Where shims cre used. they must be a'Wgid / stfiffmaterial that complies with the
requirements of the 2010 F8C.
6. Positive and negative desIgn pressure requirements for use with this drawing shall be
defernfined by others forspecilic jobs in accordance with the governing code.
7. Site conditions not covered by this drowing am subject to further engineering analysis.
