We have made those changes to the plans, as discussed, with the exception of our wood decking direction at the landing in front of the door to the modular unit. Instead of doing a 45 degree adjustment, we have created over 3.0 ft of decking perpendicular to the ramp, creating the same result you were requesting. We have consulted with an ADA expert and it is his opinion that what we have proposed meets the intent of the rules. I provided them to Joe for review and had him update me on the status of your permit. You really need to meet with the building official on the outstanding issues as I cannot waive building code requirements. You are correct that time is running out to get your permit and be in compliance with the Code Board order. lbelleve that Joe has adequately provided you with your options on how to address the issues.
