Good morning Chris,
Please see email below between Molly Edson and myself regarding the construction/sales trailer. No modification
required as it's temporary and situated well off the dune. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jason

Good morning Molly,
I have a question in regards to SL-289. Although it was not in the approved CCCL permit, the agent has inquired about
having a temporary construction and sales trailer (12x52') on -site throughout the duration of construction. Not a big
deal in my mind with temporary being the key word. I have confirmed that there will be no exterior lighting and it will be
situated landward away from the dune. I believe St. Lucie County had some concerns because it was not included in the
approved plan. Do you see any issues here? In case St. Lucie County wants confirmation from the permit manager I may
forward your response. The location can be seen on the temp site plan if you want to confirm.
Thanks
Jason
