To Plan Review,
Submitted with this letter are construction drawings for a breezeway to replace the existing deteriorated
breezeway. Originally we presented architectural conceptual drawings to you for comments to see if we
could build this as a revision to the issued permit we had to construct the new community center 9permit #
1404-0345). After reviews from the building department and planning & zoning, it was expressed to me that
we should permit it separately, but it would not need site review as it was being built back on the same
footprint.
The breezeway is not attached to either the old clubhouse, or the new clubhouse.
I just felt I should refresh everyone since the review was several months back.

Dear Building Official,
This letter is to certify that CSM Engineering, LLC (Engineer of Record) has inspected die completed porte cochere and breezeway
structures. To the best of my knowledge, Commercial Contracting has successfally completed and passed all the structural inspections
for the above -referenced project. Inspections included red iron structural steel and all corresponding connections. Reference permit
drawings by CSM Engineering dated 11-5-15.
