Comment: HVACSUB IS DORMANTI PLEASE ADD SUBS BEFORE ISSUING PERMIT
Response: G.C. (Hooks Construction Co. LLC) shall identify HVAC Sub and provide required information
prior to permit issuance.
Comment: PLEASE INCLUDE OCCUPANTLOAD IN DESIGN CRITERIA SECTION.
Response: Occupant load has been added to the drawing set, Refer to Occupancy Data added on revised
Title Sheet G-010. Permit applicant (Hooks Construction Co. LLC, or representative) shall transcribe this
info to the required Design Criteria Section as needed.
Comment: PLEASE NOTE CURRENT CODE EDITIONS USED IN DESIGN CRITERIA SECTION.
Response: Current applicable Florida Code Editions have been updated on revised Title Sheet G-010.
