Please refer to Sht 2 equipment schedule, item #3 1. Revised plan submitted July 7 represents an as - built of walk-in electrical requirements. The original load of 11000 watts shown on the original load calculation is in excess of the actual connected load. A 4" concrete slab with 6x6 10/10 WWF was poured over an existing concrete slab to bring the floor of the walk-in cooler level with the existing interior. A 12" x 16" monolithic footing with (2) #5 bars was poured at the edge of this new slab. Any exposed soil being poured over was treated for termites. (Copy of certificate attached.)
