ALL REVISIONS LISTED MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE BEFORE THE FINAL INSPECTION.
The Fire Marshal requires 24 hour notice on all inspections.
The Building Department schedules all final inspections.
1. Felt padding shall be provided for each strap.
2. Provide 4" concrete filled steel bollards for dispenser island as indicated in red.
Horseshoe shaped bollards are permitted.
3. Provide a minimum of a 4013C rated fire extinguisher within 100' of dispenser.
4. Provide an emergency shut off switch between 20' and 100' from dispenser.
5. Emergency instructions shall be conspicuously posted in the dispensing area and shall
include the following:
a. - IN CASE OF FIRE OR SPILLS USE EMERGENCY KILL SWITCH.
b. REPORT ACCIDENT BY DIALING 9-1-1.
C. REPORT LOCATION.
6. The Fire Marshal requires the following inspections:
a. Tie down, deadman, straps, and felt pads.
b. Test pressure on tanks and product fuel lines.

8. The contractor shall procure an Electrical Permit from the St. Lucie County Building
Department.
