Equipment to Install: (3) 6 ft Concrete bollard power source each with (2) 20 amp outlets on
separate dedicated 20 amp circuits for a total of (6) separate circuits

Scope of work:
• Install (3) FPL provided power source 6 ft bollard structure to be installed per the
diagram pictures that follow in this document In between the pair of spots noted.
• Install each bollard with (2) 20 amps breakers on separate circuits within the bollard
structure and there 1s room for it on the existing panel. Use the 2-gang flip outlet covers
for this site, GFI outlet. Total of (6) separate circuits.
• Must contact site contacts prior to any visit or work onsite.
• FPL will have the bollard delivered to the site, ready for work.
• FPL will have tree removed and area around tree re -paved that is impeding Into the first
parking spot along the fence. Do not scope this as part of your Job. It will be removed as
part of a'separate project prior to this job starting on site. A new parking stop will be
provided by FPL for this one spot.
• There is a power pole just outside of the fence and a service will be set and dropped
down over the fence. Set a 200 amp panel inside of the fence forpower. Approximately
• Will require restriping of existing parking spots and changing the size of those spots —
new spots must be 12 It wide. From the first spot at the fence end —to the sixth 12 foot
spot. This means the parking lot area will lose about two employee parking spots. Please
restripe in the same color as you are painting the bollard.
o Please mark off location of new spots and Install bollards at the top ends of the
spots between the new width of spots.
o Please re -use existing parking stops after you re -do the parking spots.
o Please provide revised striping diagram prior to work beginning onsite.
• Install a spare conduit and hand hole at the end spot closest to the building side.
• Have bollard structure painted using the following:
o Rust-Oleum Professional
o Model # 7543402
o Internet # 100149934
