Dear Sir:
This letter shall serve as verification, in accordance with our agreement as to the extent of our
services in this regard, that the T-Mobile L700 upgrade is substantially complete.
The site is located at 2651 Minute Maid Road, Fort Pierce, FL. The existing antenna mounts have
been removed and replaced with three new V-Frame Boom mounts. Six existing antennas have been
relocated to the new mount, and three new antennas have been installed. The total antenna count
remains at (9). The existing RRU's have been relocated to the new mount. The proposed FRLB
RRU's have been attached to the new rack adjacent to -the existing cabinets as shown on the permitted
plans. The proposed SSC cabinet was not installed as shown on the permitted plans. The existing
cabinets remain unchanged. The final cabinet configuration is acceptable.
The work has been reviewed and the work is substantially completed in accordance with 2014 FBC
and the permitted plans.
