Dear Sir:
This letter shall serve as verification, in accordance with our agreement as to the extent of our
services in this regard, that the T-Mobile L700 upgrade is substantially complete.
The site is located at 16800 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, FL. The existing antenna mounts have
been removed and replaced with new heavy duty V-Frame Boom Gate Mounts. (3) existing antennas
have been removed and replaced with (3) new antennas. The other (6) antennas, RRU's, and COVP's
have been relocated to the new mounts. The total number of antennas remains at (9). (3) new FRLB
RRUs have been installed on the new antenna mounts as well.
The work has been reviewed and the upgrade has been completed in accordance with the 51h
Edition (2014) FBC and the permitted plans.
