I have observed the shoring and demolition work at the above referenced project from September 2, 2015 through November 5, 2015. Demolition work observed is summarized as follows: Unit No. 905: • Floor partial depth demolition in areas where spalling concrete was found. • Ceiling demolition in areas where spalling concrete was found. Unit No. 805: • Floor partial depth demolition in areas where spalling concrete was found. • Floor full depth demolition in areas where spalling concrete was found. • Ceiling demolition in areas where spalling concrete was found. • Balcony edge demolition in areas where spalling concrete was found. The following inspections will be required: 1. Initial site visit to determine the areas to be repaired 2. Observation of areas to be repaired after removal of deteriorated concrete and exposing rebar. 3. Observation of all cleaned surfaces and cleaned steel rebar prior to coating. 4. Observe all surfaces after coated with rush inhibiters and bonding agent. 5. Observe repaired areas after patching 6. Observe areas after sealant is applied.
