I have observed the shoring and demolition work at the above referenced project from November 5, 2015 through December 23, 2015. The following is a summary of observed demolition work: Unit No. 905: • Floor partial depth was done recoating of rebar and concrete pour in areas where spalling concrete was found. • Floor full depth repair was completed by demolition, adding rebar where needed, coating rebar with rust inhibitor, completing form work and pouring concrete in areas where spalling concrete was found. • Ceiling repairs completed by coaling rebar with rust inhibitor and patching areas where spalling concrete were found. • Column repair was completed by the removal of spalled concrete, adding rebar where needed, forming and pouring new concrete. All work appears to be done in compliance with the project specifications. The work completed included all units in stack 5 (Units 905, 805, 705, 605, 505, 405, 305 and 205).
