This letter shall serve as verification, in accordance with our agreement as to the extent of our
services in this regard, that the T-Mobile L700 upgrade is substantially complete.
The site is located at 5041 St Lucie Blvd, Fort Pierce, FL. Three existing antennas have been removed
and replaced with three new antennas. The existing mount remains unchanged. The total antenna
count remains at (9). The proposed FRLB RRU's have been attached to the proposed mount as shown
on the permitted plans. The cabinet configuration did not change. The proposed diplexers were not
installed below the FRLB RRU's.
The work has been reviewed and the work is substantially completed in accordance with 2014 FBC
and the permitted plans.
