Lucie county CALTROP Corporation performed a review of the field documentation of the T-Mobile telecommunication facility located at the above -referenced site. The purpose of these observations was to inspect the following in accordance with the Florida Building Code, 5 h Edition (2014), Section 2218.2: Installation of three proposed antennas. Installation of three proposed Remote Radio Units (RRUs). Installation of proposed antenna mount modifications. Tower documentation consisting of construction photographs depicting the connection of the above mentioned installation(s) taken from the ground and from the top of the tower by a certified tower climber as well as the CALTROP field documentation were reviewed and compared with the approved construction drawings prepared by CALTROP dated October 6, 2015. Based on these observations and to the best of my knowledge, belief, and professional judgment, the connections of the installed equipment were performed in substantial compliance with these drawings.
