RECITALS WHEREAS, Sublicensor owns a certain communications tower and lease a certain parcel of land located at 6375 South US 1, White City, FL 34952 more common) known to Sublicensor as the Ankona FL / 417613 tower site (the "Premises"); and WHEREAS, Sublicensor and Sublicensee entered into the Agreement for tl)e use of a certain portion of the Premises; and WHEREAS, Sublicensee desires to modify its equipment at the Premises Modified Equipment"); and WHEREAS, the Parties agree that as consideration for Licensee's Modified the current Rent payable under the Agreement shall be increased as set forth herein. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing promises and for othr good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto agree as follows: 1) Sublicensor and Sublicensee agree and acknowledge that Licensee shall modify its equipment for a final installed configuration pursuant to Exhibit C-1. 2) Sublicensor and Sublicensee agree and acknowledge that as of the dal Amendment is fully executed, Sublicensee's equipment information set Agreement shall hereby be deleted in its entirety and shall be replaced with this First th in the thibit C-1 attached`heze o—and-incorporated_-by this reference.
