CALTROP Corporation performed field observations of the T-Mobile telecommunication facility located
at the above -referenced site. The purpose of these observations was to inspect the following:
• Removal of three existing antennas.
• Installation of three proposed antennas.
• Installation of three proposed Remote Radio Units (RRUs).
The installation of the above -mentioned items were visually inspected and compared with the
construction drawings by CALTROP dated November 16, 2015. Based on these observations and to the
best of my knowledge and belief, the above -described construction of all structural load -bearing
components complies with the permitted documents.
