Work will be performed In accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted for above work and completed in a substantial workmanllke manner. Owner to provide electric and watorat no cost to contractor, including any speclalvieetrleal set upo for swing stage "pig tells" and/or 220v service as necessary. Contractor will remove debris and leave promises broom clean. However, dust Is an airborne nuisance and the contractor can not be held liable for dust entry into units due to open windows by residence, broken or damaged windows, doors and other areas due to wind farces and elements beyond the contractoes control. A 5 YEAR WARRANTV IS PROVIDED FOR CONCRETE REPAIRS COMPLETED UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
