Dear St. Lucie County Permit Applicant,
Please see the attached plan review comments which have been generated for your permit. As soon as we receive the
modified plans and any additional required documentation back from the design professional, contractor or owner we
will perform the additional reviews as necessary in order to complete the plan review process. Once the plans have
been signed, by all applicable plan reviewers, we will move the permit forward either to the Fire Department or back to
permitting for permit issuance.

Firstborn Ministry of God Inc. a 5010 nondenominational Church consisted of
sixteen members was established and incorporated December 30, 2010.
Firstborn Ministry of God currently consists of sixteen ardent Members who
worship weekly on Saturdays at 11 AM to 1 PM and Bible Study and Prayer on
Wednesdays at 7:30 PM. Since the inception of the Church, our membership
has grown and has shown the potential for more growth.
Additionally, two years ago, the ministry's weekly services have been
extended via the Internet as well as in the community of Fort Pierce and Port
Saint Lucie. Firstborn Ministry of God Inc. Church is pleased to report that
approximately forty-four ardent Internet viewers are currently on our
church's distribution list. Also, on a monthly basis, our church has direct
involvement in feeding a number of persons who are challenged by tough
economic times.
As such, The Board of Governors and members are acutely aware of the urgent
need for our church to further expand in our community, thus fulfilling the
commissioned mandate of Firstborn Ministry Of God Inc. Extending the
- �missiou ofour--church-in-the-surrounding-communities; the -lives -of -people, - - -
would be significantly impacted, spiritually, psychologically, socially and
economically, despite their race, creed, and beliefs.
We have no reservations that Firstborn Ministry Of God Inc. is poised for
extensive growth and further accomplishment, once given the opportunity to
occupy a space that is conducive to our church's needs. Sylvia Vickers, an
Ordained Minister and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is the Pastor, and
the Board of Governors are all accomplished professionals who are strongly
committed to ensure the Church's success and future development of our
community and St Lucie County as a whole.
