I have r — wed it and determined that size is going je ok. However, we discussed that the background is required to be black with one color copy letters, no animation is allowed. The red is allowed since it is not a fluorescent color/bulb. The sign still shows the picture in red background and black letters and animation. Also only one line of copy is allowed. Hope this helps. We are able to stay with a 5 x 8 Cabinet, so the engineer drawings will not change. What we have done is minimize the LED cabinet to conform to the 10sgft rule. Attached is the new rendering with a RED display (per our conversation you shared it was okay) with measurements showing the 9 % total sqft for LED vs Total sign face. The Florescent bulbs are in white light and conform to the No RED Florescent rule. The Software allows you to conform to the No scrolling, Flash or Blinking message. The church is aware of this and will conform to the city's request. Please accept this email as a conformation we are within the terms of your allowable signage ordnances for approval. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call or email me. My information is below.
