I have reviewed the complete installation of the components and claddings at the above
mentioned project. I hereby attest that to the best of my knowledge, belief and professional
judgment, the complete installation of the bolts and the welds of the above referenced
components and claddings are in compliance with the approved plans and other approved
permit documents.
This document is being prepared in accordance with the compliance provisions of the
Florida Building Code and is being submitted to Saint Lucie County at the time of permit
closeout.
