Dear St. Lucie County Permit Applicant,
Please see the attached plan review comments which have been generated for your permit. As soon as we receive the
modified plans and any additional required documentation back from the design professional, contractor or owner we
will perform the additional reviews as necessary in order to complete the plan review process. Once the plans have
been signed, by all applicable plan reviewers, we will move the permit forward either to the Fire Department or back to
permitting for permit issuance.

Mr. Sciturro,
This letter is to advise you we have changed the annual septic operating permit to a Commercial
Operating Permit. The original permit was inadvertently processed as an Operating permit for an
Industrial or Manufacturing type facility. This annual operating permit is required for any commercial
site that is serviced by an onsite sewage disposal system.
We apologize for any confusion caused by the wrong designation on the operating permit.

I just received the plans on Monday for the newest permit and now have to go through all of the permitted
items for this building to see what was permitted or not permitted. I will be in touch as soon as I have everything
together. I will not address here say by anyone only what we have on the permit record.

On September 12 we spoke about the inspection process for permit # SLC- 1510-0109 from existing
Commercial Building Permit # 98120412 the record show storage building it also should show office
and bath rooms. Why else would we have to have a fire separation between the office and storage.
Have you found out what in the world, I am really frustrated I have to do this again because we did
everything the first time. We were issued a retail garden center and office at that time called
occupational licence. I have also been told by some of the girls I only have a home office. Really
with handicap facilities, parking, retail licence. I really Pam trying to have my office be a office. I have
never had people or even myself doing business at my house my residence. Joe I know this is not
your concern or responsibility. I hope you know how to use the inspection card, because 90% of the
work has been completed and inspected. To get to the inspection example number 5 you would need
1-4 inspected first. Those would have already been completed.
We need to add a cleaning sink, drinking fountain, hot water source for the handicap bathroom. The
out standing work to be completed is very minimal according to the engineer.
Please look into this because we did the new rough plumbing and need a inspection for that?
