The attached plan has number identifiers that correlate to the list below... 1. Gore striping is missing for (2) stalls that don't meet minimum width requirements. 2. "Do Not Enter" signs missing on drive-thru exit. 3. Stall striping missing for one stall on south parking row. 4. Handicap Sign is missing. 5. Pedestrian crossing sign is crooked needs straightened. Yesterday I got the owner to open up some of the walls now that all the stuff blocking them is gone and the structure is very different than we assumed along the southern (front) wall. Several of the details on the plans in the County's possession will not work and need to be revised. The owner also wants to change the Dunkin Donuts bumped out facade structures as well. _ -- We are working on these revisions and will get them to your office as soon as possible, Please let me know if you need anything else from me.
