Management will present the three bids, with the analysis and report the finding t6the Board of Director. With regards to the three balcony concepts, Option 1 would not work because of the hurricane shutter not being able to close. You may want to take a different approach as can be addressed in your plans and specifications. Time is of the essence and we would like to have a decision from the Board of Directors by mid to late June.
