Dear Mr. Heffelfinger:
July 2, 1998
Enclosed are two (2) sets of construction plans for the above referenced project marked
"approved". Because you are acting as the Developer's representative, it is your responsibility
to distribute the extra set(s) of approved plans to the Contractor and/or Developer.
We will require two (2) sets of signed, sealed and dated blueprint record drawings and a mylar
sepia along with the engineers final certification prior to final approval and release for Certificate
of Occupancy. Preparations shall be in accordance with Section 11.03.03 of the St. Lucie County
Land Development Code. To assist in processing the final approval more efficiently, please
reference the building permit number on the record drawings and the Engineers
certification.
