The waiver request is for a VICE-CHAIRMAN proposed addition to the existing single family residence at 3205 Cortez Blvd. Fort Pierce. DISTRICT 2 Pursuant to Section 7.04.01(C-3) of the St Lucie County Land Development Code, the IrNDA BARTZ Planning and Development Services Director has the authority to grant administrative relief, DISTRICT 3 when topographical conditions are such that compliance with this subsection would be impracticable or cause grade level conditions detrimental to adjacent or nearby property, consistent with the intent of the Flood Protection regulations and any other applicable portion FRANNIE HUTCHINSON of this Code. DISTRICT 4 The Planning and Development Services Director has granted your request for administrative relief of the finished floor elevation based on the following determinations: LATHY TOWNSEND 1 The existing house and the addition are in the Flood Zone X. 2 The center line of the adjacent road is 50.26' NA VD. DISTRICT 5 3 The existing house is 1.03' above the center line of the adjacent road at 51.29' NAVD 4 The proposed addition at the West side of the house will be at 51.29'. The proposed addition on the South side of the house will be at 50.87'. HOWARD TIPTON 5 Raising the finished floor elevation 18" above center line of the road will bring the floor COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR 0.47' higher than the finished floor elevation of the house and could cause conditions detrimental to the existing house and to adjacent or nearby property.
