Since it's a new road that SLC is building they are exempt from the mitigation sections of the Code. Please see the attached revised permit. However, the permit has an expiration date of 9/30/15. Do they need a new permit, or has the vegetation removal been completed? The fence will traverse through the County ROW and the Savanna Club Community. The SC community will construct an automated gate system at the Bromeliad Extension entrance to their community. The other PDF shows the location of the project. The project starts at the terminus of the existing Lennard Road north of Walton Road and will connect towards the existing Bromeliad Circle within the Savanna Club Community. The contractor has submitted a site plan from SFWMD but I have no idea where this fence is going to be installed or even where the property is. In the package is a transmittal letter coming from your Department with your name on it. Do you have a site plan with the location of this fence and the gates? Who is the owner of the property the fence is being placed at?
