The, following personal property is 'currently ownedby Giant Oil. Inc. and is
located on existing right of way needed for the proposed construction project
and 'is required to be abandoned:
One (1) Shell Oil Sign (See attached photo)
The displacee does not waive any eligible relocation benefits and will be eligible
to claim their benefits In the form of a Direct Loss_ and reestablishment claims.
Giant Oil will have 18 months from the date the sign is removed to submit a
claim to the Department. FDOT assures Giant Oil that a claim for reimbursement
of the cost of the construction/installation of the new sign will be processed and
payment will be made to Giant Oil within 30 days of the installation of the new
,sign. The estimated amount provided, by Giant Oil's vendors Big Red Rooster
Flow and Creative Signs for the installation of the new sign is $22,249.92.
It is understood that the personal property is to be removed by FDOT anytime
after December. 2015. The undersigned is the sole .owner and has all
rights to abandon the personal property and said. owner waives any interest or
claim, excluding .relocation benefits, in this item. FDOT may enter on the.
property, as may be necessary, to remove said item and demolish, as required.
The Owner agrees to hold the Department harmless from liability for damage or
injury related to said removal.
This signature acknowledges the agreement of abandonment of the personal
property item.listed above as of this date.
