Existing Rooftop Penthouse
Dear David Robertson,
Crown Castle is pleased to submit this "Structural Opinion Letter" for the structural integrity of the
aforementioned rooftop penthouse. This evaluation has been performed in accordance with the Crown Castle
Structural 'Statement of Work' and the terms of Crown Castle Purchase Order Number 1152921. The purpose
of the opinion letter is to determine the suitability of the existing rooftop penthouse for the replacement of
existing antennas as specified in Tables 1 & 2 on the next page. This opinion is consistent with the guidelines
as stated in the 2014 Florida Building Code, 5a' edition, Section 1509 and Existing Building, Section 1103.3,
Exception 2.
Based on a comparison of the existing antenna configuration and the proposed loading, we have determined the
existing rooftop penthouse /S sufficient for the proposed loading. Evaluation of the existing antenna mount and
attachment fasteners is beyond the scope of this letter.
