documentation of the Verizon Wireless
The purpose of these observations was to
• Installation of proposed cable bridge.
• Installation of (3)#3/0 and (1)#6GND in 4"C. for the 200A generator feed.
• Installation of final electrical work (conductors, grounding, and welds).
Tower documentation consisting of construction photographs depicting the connection of the above
mentioned installation(s) taken from the ground and from the top of the tower by a certified tower climber
as well as the CALTROP field documentation were reviewed and compared with the approved
construction drawings prepared by CALTROP Corporation dated February 10, 2016. Based on these
observations and to the best of my knowledge and belief, the above -described construction of all
structural load -bearing components complies with the permitted documents. In addition, the installation of
the #3/0 wires and #6gad in 4"C. for a 200A feed complies with 2011 NEC.
