I hereby certify that all of the required project improvements, as identified in the approved
Construction Plans, have been completed on the FP&L Classroom Metal Building at Firing
Range, and that I have inspected the construction incrementally in accordance with the
requirements of "Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, St. Lucie County,
Florida." The Septic system was reviewed and approved by others. These improvements
conform to the plans and the Standard Specifications.
