Dear Mr. Mattison:
GFA International, Inc. has completed field observations and testing services during the site
preparation on the above mentioned project. A review of GFA's field density report indicates
that the soils placed as fill within the building pad achieved a minimum of 95% of the
maximum dry density as obtained by ASTM-1557.
Upon review of the field and laboratory tests performed on the building pad soils for the
above mentioned project, it is GFA's opinion that the soils have been prepared in accordance
with KSM Engineering and Testing, Inc. report dated October 6, 2015 that a safe bearing
capacity of 2,000 psf has been achieved.
GFA appreciates the opportunity to be of service to you and if you have any questions,

The septic setbacks only apply to the St. Lucie River. Unfortunately we could not include the Indian River
Lagoon due to legal issues regarding the original adoption. Thanks for double checking though O
