A review of GFA's field density report indicates that the soils placed as fill within the building pad achieved a minimum of 95% of the maximum dry density as obtained by ASTM-1557. Upon review of the field and laboratory tests performed on the building pad soils for the above mentioned project, it is GFA's opinion that the soils have been prepared in accordance with KSM Engineering and Testing, Inc. report dated October 6, 2015 that a safe bearing capacity of 2,000 psf has been achieved.
