The site is located at 3100 N AlA, Fort Pierce, FL, 34949. The proposed platform has been installed. The elevated steel platform size, members, and location match the permitted CDs. The cabinets have been installed and anchored to the elevated steel platform per the manufacturer's specifications. The antenna support pipes have been welded to the platform frame and the antennas, RRU, and OVP have been mounted to the support structure. The antenna support sled located at the northwest comer of the building has been installed. The size and location of the sled match the permitted CD's. The antennas, OVP, and RRU have been attached to the sled. Two antennas have been attached to the existing penthouse wall. The mounting assembly through bolts the existing concrete wall. The antennas and mounting assemblies are acceptable as installed. Coaxial cables have been routed to the antennas along the parapet walls, penthouse walls, and along supports. The coaxial cable routing is acceptable as installed. The proposed diesel generator and slab have been installed. The existing generator shown on the plans has been removed. The generator appears acceptable as installed. The work has been reviewed and the upgrade has been completed in accordance with the 5` Edition (2014) FBC and the permitted plans.
