Dear St. Lucie County Permit Applicant,
Please see the attached plan review comments which have been generated for your permit. As soon as we receive the
modified plans and any additional required documentation back from the design professional, contractor or owner we
will perform the additional reviews as necessary in order to complete the plan review process. Once the plans have
been signed, by all applicable plan reviewers, we will move the permit forward either to the Fire Department or back to

T e 36 "ers are fiine`yo a1 g Can they do away with a raceway? I have seen this done on some of
their stores.
In terms of the ground sign ... the dimensions you indicate below are fine. Please provide a colored dimensioned
elevations for permitting. Also, provide a copy of the site plan and indicate where this will be installed. Any
questions, let me know.

I am still working on the sign permits and would appreciate your help
again. I was looking over the review comments and would appreciate
some clarification. Are we in agreement that Family Dollar can install the
set of 36" tall raceway mounted channel letters ... also can we reach a
compromise on the ground sign. The smallest stock sign manufactured is
7' 4" long but is only 30 sgft. We will still place a Dryvit surround around the
cabinet and set the overall height @ 8'.

If this is OK with you I'll make the appropriate changes to the submittals
and the engineering.
Thanks for the help,
Mark Kersey
