work with respect to certain environmental contamination on, over
or under the Property. The Grantee has simultaneously herewith
conveyed the Property to Grantor. This Easement is granted
pursuant to that certain Purchase and Salo Agreement, dated
November 29, 1995, between Grantee and Grantor (the "Agreement") to

provided to Grantor for informational purposes only, and it is not
intended that Grantor rely on this information for any other
