I made the determination to release the vegetation removal permit based on the following considerations: • This expansion is part of an existing, approved and established, project; • The vegetation avoidance, minimization and mitigation plan has been reviewed and approved by ERD and efforts were made by the applicant to preserve and relocate mature trees and native habitat; • The Plans Examiner confirmed that the building plans are substantially compliant with no alterations to the presented footprint expected; and • This request was made by Administration via the Business Navigator as a means to assist a desirable project.
