Attached is a letter referencing this from the Lifestyle center design professional. We have shown the emergency eyewash and shower station on sheet 2. - Due to the building classification, the electrical was revised showing the required exhaust fan and the electrical requirements for this classification and is shown on sheet EM-1. Hot water not required. - Roof and Garage door product approvals shall be attached to this submittal. Please see the ched signed and sealed plans for revisions.
