RE: Harbour Ridge Golf Cart Shed
To whom it may concern,
Please note, the following revisions have been made in regards to the plan review comments we received:
- The building classification, correct code edition, occupant load etc... has been shown on sheet 1.
- An exhaust fan has been added to sheet EM-1 and the electric plan has been moved to this sheet as well.
- The plumbing facilities have been provided in the lifestyle center and the plans for this building shall show the required
occupant load for this building. Attached is a letter referencing this from the Lifestyle center design professional. We have
shown the emergency eyewash and shower station on sheet 2.
- Due to the building classification, the electrical was revised showing the required exhaust fan and the electrical requirements for
this classification and is shown on sheet EM-1.
Please see the attached signed and sealed plans for revisions. If you have any questions please feel free to call me at (772) 287-

Please see the attached plan review comments which have been generated for your permit. As soon as we receive the
modified plans and any additional required documentation back from the design professional , contractor or owner we
will perform the additional reviews as necessary in order to complete the plan review process. Once the plans have
been signed, by all applicable plan reviewers, we will move the permit forward either to the Fire Department or back to
permitting for permit issuance.

Please note, we have reviewed soil report from GFA international project # 14-2920.00 Dated January 7, 2015 and our
permitted set of plans are in agreement with the updated soil engineers conclusions and footing design stated in section 3.3
Design of Footings stating bottom of footings shall be min. 12" below grade and 16" wide for strip footings. If you have any

Please note, the following revisions have been made in regards to the plan review comments we received:
- The use has been revised to now be Group "U" and is shown on sheet 1.
- The garage door product approval has been revised and attachment methods noted on sheet 1 in the approval form
- The roofing has been revised to match the Lifestyle Center and is shown on sheet 1 also.
- The Concrete PSI has been revised on sheet 2.
- A site plan showing distance from shed to main building shall be attached to this submittal. Hot water not required.
- Roof and Garage door product approvals shall be attached to this submittal.
