Dear Mr. Peterson:
This letter shall serve as certification that to the best of our knowledge, the structural repairs
have been constructed in substantial conformance with the design documents and specifications
and as duly noted in our field reports.
Threshold inspections for the above referenced project were performed from December 8 h, 2015
through January 6`h, 2016. Copies of all field reports were distributed to the Property
Management, Engineer of Record, General Contractor and to the St. Lucie County Building
Department.
