Dear Mr. Peterson:
This letter shall serve as certification that to the best of our knowledge, the structural repairs
have been constructed in substantial conformance with the design documents and specifications
and as duly noted in our field reports.
Threshold inspections for the above referenced project were performed from October 27', 2015
through January 6tb, 2016. Copies of all field reports were distributed to the Property
Management, Engineer of Record, General Contractor and to the St. Lucie County Building
Department.

Permit Number 1508-0406 calls for separate permits for 203,705 and 805 * add 3rd floor @ unit 301
Balcony wh9ich are listed on the inspection card.
You have applied for a permit for the missed units however the units are not the same as 1508-0406 and the permit
application states altogether different units and is building B
