The affidavits must come from the design professional of record being EDB Architects in original signed, sealed
and dated format. You submitted un sealed copies from engineers who are not part of the architects firm and the
affidavits are incomplete . Please see the comment list which had been sent on 10/19/2016

Good afternoon James,
In re -cap of our conversation here is what we can accept for the structural steel
structural components for the Rosser Road Library. The original plans from TRC s.s.d. by Mr. Charland were used for the
review on this building. The plans were complete per 51.0 through 53.1 details and addressed all beam sizes, column
sizes, welds etc. The only item we will need to approve is a signed, sealed and dated original letter preferably rom Mr.
Charland that all structural steel work, bolting and welding has been completed per the approved plans dated November
19,2015.
Note on S-1 calls for shops to be reviewed and approved by the architect or engineer on the job , however these
must be signed, dated and sealed as delegate engineering. Either way all engineered documents must filter through the
design Professionals of record for approval.
Also please note that we will require original letters s.s.d. from the architect of record per the notes on ABB under
inspection requirements [ please see notes A, B and D ]
