Dear Ms Lydia Galbraith, am Pastor Everett Bishop and I am responding to your email that was send out on the January 25 to Mr Handel Cotterell which he had forwarded to me. The notice of commencement has been recorded and I will bring it in or fax it please let me know which is preferably. The sub agreement for the electrician is already submitted however no mechanical or plumbing is required since those are already in place. The classrooms mentioned will only be use on Sundays for Sunday school classes,also the three units are combined it is just one open space it has no partitions.
